-Add 2-3 drops of lukewarm water or use the powder with wet hands. Take a small coin-sized amount of powder, rub it between your palms, and create a lather.
- After cleansing your face or using it as a body wash with soft foam, rinse thoroughly with water.
(Tip: For exfoliation, adjust the amount of water and cleanse with a thicker, denser consistency.)

Exchange Due to Customer's Change of Mind·Returns must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt. Exchange/Return Shipping Fee: If the exchange or return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost.

*However, if the product is defective or damaged, the shipping fee will be waived. For exchanges and returns due to a simple change of mind, a round-trip shipping fee of 6,000 KRW will be charged.

Products sent without prior notice or those that cannot be processed for exchange or refund will be returned to the sender with freight collect (cash on delivery).
